We're looking for more elves to help as Toy Pick Up Drivers, Warehouse Support, Sorting, and Greeting!

 

Please note - you are welcome to volunteer in any of the following roles in addition to gifting at Santa's Depot or delivering toys on delivery day!

Sorting elves work as a team to sort through donations that are received at Santa's Depot. Sorters determine which age group donations would be best for, check for toys that require batteries and watch for any items that can't be gifted in our toy program. 

 

 
  • Sorting elves are needed at Santa's Depot Weekdays from November to February.
  • Sorting shifts are typically 3-4 hours in length.

Warehouse elves play a crucial role at Santa's Depot to help keep the warehouse running smoothly! They work with the Santa's team to help receive and unload toy donations, replace toy bins for gifting and bagging volunteers and help keep Santa's organized and tidy. 

 

 

  • Warehouse elves are needed at Santa's Depot Weekdays from November to February.
  • Warehouse elves are typically 3-4 hours in length.

Greeters are the warm, welcoming elves that are the first point of contact for visitors at Santa's Depot! You'll be helping to answer the door and receive toy & monetary donations. Greeters also welcome volunteers and help them sign in and out, answer the phones and work on general administrative tasks as needed, such as labelling, stapling and making photocopies.

  • Greeters are needed at Santa's Depot Weekday & Weekends in November and December.
  • Greeter shifts are typically 3-4 hours in length.

This role consists of collecting toys at donation locations and bringing them Santa's Depot. Each driver will be provided with a Santas Anonymous Photo ID badge, training on how to empty the donation boxes and supplied with bags to collect toys in.  A valid driver's license, insurance and vehicle are required for this volunteer role. 

Toy Pick Up Drivers can be seasonal or year-round volunteers:

  • Seasonal drivers are assigned a pick up location for November and December and pick up one or twice per week and bring toy donations to Santa's Depot - 12122 68 Street.
  • On-call drivers can be seasonal or year-round, you'll receive a notification as pick ups are needed and let us know if you're able to help. 

Toy Pick Up Drivers can sign up to volunteer on their own or team up with family and friends to make a meaningful impact together!
