Pick up Drivers collect toy donations from our bins within Edmonton and bring them to Santas Depot. Donation locations include shopping malls, Wal-Mart, Costco and Toys R Us stores. Drivers may choose to bring along a helper.

Drivers are required November 14 through December 21.  Pickups will start at once a week and progress to daily.  More than one driver may be assigned to each location. Drivers may have an assigned location or be on our on-call list.

**Donation pick up drivers are required to use their own vehicle, present their drivers license and insurance upon registering to receive their Santas photo identification.

Delivery Day Driver & Helper
On December 15 & 16 Drivers and their Helpers will deliver gifts to families throughout Edmonton.  Whether you are using your own vehicle or a company vehicle, there is one line up for drivers. Dispatch starts each day at 10am.

Enter our parking lot from 121 Street off Kingsway Avenue.  There will be no left turn off 121 Street into the parking lot.  Drivers will sign an agreement when they arrive.  There is no preregistration or form to sign beforehand. Once you have parked your vehicle bring your driver's license and insurance into Santas Depot.  Volunteer dispatchers and porters will have you back in your vehicle and on the road in no time.

Food & Beverage Servers All 2012 Food & Beverage Server shifts have been filled.
On delivery days Santas supporters provide beverages and bbq bratwurst. Serving volunteers are required to provide these goodies to all volunteers.  This role takes place outside with a building close by for warmth and to shield from the elements.  An adult is required for every two teens that may fill this role.  We are looking for groups of 2 to 4 to take 2-3 hour shifts on both December 15 and 16.  Contact Janet at 780-428-8697 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to schedule your group.

Porter (age 12 and older) All Porter shifts for 2012 have been filled.
Porters assist Delivery Day Drivers with taking gifts to their vehicle.  Porters may also receive the undeliverable gifts drivers return to Santas Depot.

If your group is interested in a Porter shift, contact Santas office at 780-428-8697.
