Our calendar of events lists all of the important upcoming dates at Santa's Depot as well as toy or fundraising events hosted by groups and businesses to fulfill our mission to deliver the "Spirit of Christmas" to less fortunate kids in Edmonton.

Plan a Fundraiser!

Fundraising events are a great way to support 880 CHED Santas Anonymous. It is a fantastic opportunity for you and/or your organization to get creative and have fun while making an important and valuable contribution. These fundraisers are organized by individuals, groups, or businesses with minimal support from 880 CHED Santas Anonymous.

September 15

Group Applications Open

Time: Sep 15, 12:00 pm - Sep 30, 12:59 pm

Do you have a group of 10-20 elves who would love to come and help us deliver the spirit of Christmas. There are so many ways to volunteer with Santas Anonymous such as:

packaging gifts at the depot
transporting family bags to the awaiting cars on Delivery Day
being tech support elves on Delivery Day
selling 50/50 at the Teddy Bear Toss
collecting donations at the Elks games
plus many other opportunities!

September 21

Edmonton Toy Run

Time: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Location: Blackjacks Roadhouse

The Edmonton Toy Run is on Sunday, September 21st!

The ride will leave from Blackjacks Roadhouse at 11 AM, the end location is the Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre. Please bring a NEW unwrapped toy to donate to Santas Anonymous.

Motorcycles, trikes, classic cars and trucks; grab a toy or 2 or 3 and join the ride from Blackjacks Roadhouse to the Edmonton Inn on Sunday, September 21st.

50/50 tickets will be available, you must be present to win!

Toy Applications Open for Families

Time: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Do you or someone you know have children aged 12 or under who may need help this Christmas? This is the day that the applications will be open. For a full list of eligibility requirements, please visit our website

November 05

Santa's Depot Shifts Open

Time: 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This is the day to sign up for individual shifts! You can help out at the depot by:

building gift packages or family bags
sorting toys
assisting with our front end admin as a Greeter Elf
lending some muscle in our warehouse

Big Boxes in Stores

Time: All Day

18th Annual Oil Kings Teddy Bear Toss

Time: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Location: Rogers Place

Teddy Bear Toss 2025 is set for Sunday, December 7 at 4 p.m. Bring along a new, stuffed toy to the Oil Kings game and when the Oil Kings score their first goal, toss your teddy bear onto the ice!

Santa's Delivery Driver Shifts Open Online

Time: 12:00 pm - 12:59 pm

Do you want to help deliver the spirit of Christmas? Sign up to be a delivery driver on Delivery Day. Deck your vehicle with some Christmas cheer and Santa's elves will load up your sleigh with gift bags for you to delivery all over Edmonton.
